An estimate should include a very detailed description of the work that is to be done.  Including a  detailed list of all roofing materials, underlayment type and thickness, flashing location.

We will be there between 7:30-8AM to begin your project on the date scheduled. Expect some noise to occur during "tear off" of roof.

First Payment - 10% or $1,000 (whichever is less) Down Payment: Due before project commences. 

Second Payment - 50% Payment: Due upon arrival of materials.

Final Payment -  The resting amount of the balance: Due at completion of project.

Yes we offer financing.  Depending on your payment terms and credit history, you may also be able to benefit from low-interest rates during the life of the loan.

An estimate would be about 3 days, but  it all depends upon project size, type and job. After estimating your requirements we provide you detailed information about cost, job scheduling and time frame that we need to done listed job. 

We will not schedule your job if there are chances of rain, but if your project is scheduled (and it rains unexpectedly) we will reschedule you for a later time.
